I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes for some time now during my pregnancy and I highly recommend them! The space is so comforting and peaceful. Every instructor I have had has been so supportive and knowledgeable! I look forward to attending classes because the women who attend are also so helpful and supportive. If you are looking for a space that encourages mindfulness and wellness during pregnancy this is the right space for you! I also have had such a great experience with addressing problem areas with the instructors! Any suggestion that was given has helped me feel better tremendously during my pregnancy!

I’ve been taking my 7 year old son to kids yoga for about 6 months now and he absolutely loves it! Julissa is such a sweetheart and is an amazing therapist and instructor! My son always ask when the next class is and when he comes back from class he seems more relaxed, centered and at peace! They also do really cool artists crafts like painting pots and growing grass seeds in them, painting little canvases, etc. I highly recommend bringing your kids if you are looking for something wholesome, therapeutic and beneficial for your child.

Dr. Salgado is not your ordinary massage therapist. She is a godsend. She is a doctor of physical therapy and has a vast medical background. As such she is able to detect issues and find solutions beyond the capabilities of a massage therapist who just completed a course to get a certificate. She doesn't just massage you, she heals you. She is always so caring and goes the extra mile every single appointment. So grateful to have found her!

Had an amazing massage with Rebekah! She understood my sciatica issues and found every trigger point leaving me pain free and relaxed. Will now be seeing her on a regular basis - truly an amazing find!

My first time ever doing Yoga. The staff made me feel very comfortable and guided me throughout the class. They are very welcoming! This center is down to earth and real. They definitely take pride in what they do. It’s hard to find many health facilities who actually care about their clients than making numbers. I would definitely recommend them!!
