After two years of strength training, I was looking for something new to add variety to my routine—and Studio Pilates in Long Branch has been the perfect fit. I’ve been attending classes here for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! This was my first time trying Pilates on a reformer, and the instructors made it such a positive experience. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to help you modify exercises based on your fitness level or needs. The classes are challenging yet approachable, making it a great option for everyone—from beginners to those who are more advanced in their fitness journey. If you’re looking to shake up your workout routine or try something completely new, I highly recommend Studio Pilates. It’s been a fantastic addition to my fitness regimen, and I’m so glad I gave it a try!

Very much needed Pilates in Long Branch! I did the trial then signed up 50 classes bc I liked it so much! New and clean equipment. The format with the screens is easy to follow and the workouts are challenging enough for me, but can be adjusted for any level. Different daily routines hit all the body parts. The instructors keep you in check with proper form. Parking was easy. So happy they are here! I love the results I get with Pilates!!

I was hesitant at first to try Pilates but the instructors at Studio Pilates guided me through my journey. The studio is very welcoming to beginners like me. Instructors are always helpful so that you can maximize the gains of each session and are considerate of your fitness level. After my first 3 sessions, I have already seen some changes in my obliques muscles, and belly fat which I didn't really see when I was going to gym regularly. Now, I have finished 7 classes already and all I can think about is attending more classes at Studio Pilates.

I’ve been going to SP 3-4 times a week since it opened in July. Fantastic workouts. Challenging. I always leave sweaty. As a cyclist, the workouts have improved my strength so much that I no longer get knee pain when I complete vo2 max or anaerobic workouts on the indoor trainer. My legs and core are so strong. The instructors are fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Since taking my first class back on October 19th for the orientation, I can’t get enough of Pilates. So much so that I make it a priority to come once a week and very recently upping it to 2x a week. The classes have been challenging, tough but ultimately rewarding. From Reese to Ms. Lori the instructors, staff and vibes have overall been incredible, uplifting and just a fun time. My friend Reese is an instructor and had pushed me multiple times to take Pilates along with her class and I’m oh so thankful she did. I’ve been going every Friday at 5:45am for the past month now and I won’t be stopping anytime soon. It’s been a game changer for me not just physically but also mentally
