The Garage Gym Little Silver

The Garage Gym emulates everything a person would want in not just a gym, but a community. The ownership team has not only created a space for effective workouts with great equipment, but they have also taken on a leadership role by introducing the “feels good” mindset. This community celebrates accomplishments on all levels- inside and outside of the gym. It brings together people of all gym level experiences and allows individuals to connect through love of exercise. I am fortunate to have been coached and now coach alongside many members. It is a GOOD feeling knowing a community like this exists and anyone can be apart of it!

10/10 would recommend! I’ve been a member of the Garage Gym for about a year now and have been loving it there! I wanted to find a local gym since I moved that wasn’t a commercial/franchise gym since those can be intimidating with the crowds. Mainly lifting for injury prevention since I’m a distance runner. It’s great going to a place that is clean and everyone is respectful of each other. Good vibes all around!

I've been a competitor jumping into road races and Hyrox competitions, and I've wanted to train at a gym that has all of the equipment I need. The Garage absolutely delivers on that. It's not overcrowded and I can get to every piece of equipment I need to. I wanted an open space to train effectively, and I feel this gym provides me with that every time I get there, which is very different from previous gyms that are too packed or didn't have what I needed. The best part about it though is the amazing community that has been built. I absolutely love working towards all of my racing goals here with this uplifting group of like-minded individuals.

What an incredible place! The community is so welcoming and the positive energy is infectious. The Garage Gym is such an inclusive place that’s more than a gym. It’s a place to connect, push yourself, and meet amazing people all under one roof. I highly recommend checking it out/joining!

This is not your typical small/non franchise gym, they treat everyone here like family and you feel it the second you walk through the open overhead garage door. Their slogan is “Always clean. Never crowded.” and I have never heard of a slogan for a business to hold more true. The place is immaculate! The floors and all of the equipment are spotless! You could eat off the floors in this place. They have everything you need and it doesn’t feel like your typical small gym where people are pushing you or have you on a regime. You can workout at your own pace or take part in a class, whatever fits your needs. There has never been more than two other people in there working out at the same time as me so you just feel like you can let loose and breath freely. Amenities are great as well, shower rooms, bathroom and lockers are always super clean and tidy. Definitely recommend checking out the garage if you want to switch up your average gym routine!
