Had Alexander he was thorough competent and knowledgeable he listened and understood my needs. I bought additional sessions based on the reviews I would love to try other therapist. It truly helps one's mental and physical state

Just had a great stretching session with CJ. He heard me and explained what and why we did each stretch; making each stretch a mindful experience. Super relaxing, even better than a massage. Looking forward to my next visit!
