Hands down the best PT studio in the area. A diamond in the rough. Corinne and her staff are very thorough and meticulous. They are not concerned with metrics or a corporate model like most outpatient PT studios. This place is patient centric and privately owned. They have the most dedicated staff and PT students who care. Highly recommend!

On my first visit to Perfect Formation, I walked in using a cane. Serious hip and knee problems had developed over the years, and I was wondering if my condition was permanent. After a 90-minute evaluation and a few weeks of treatment, I had ditched the cane and was learning to correct my walk to keep injuries at bay. No small thing, that turnaround, and done so naturally that it's sometimes easy to miss the depth of knowledge and the extent of skills required to bring about such healing. One of the more striking things I learned quickly is how well the therapists listen and how well they create individualized treatment for each patient, pacing the therapy according to each patient's needs. The atmosphere Dr. Corrine Sicola creates in her studio is one of determined treatment and light-hearted joy. The place is quite often full of people of all ages who commiserate with each other and their therapists about their various aches, pains, injuries---even sharing stories of their life journeys---while working their way to feeling better---and quite often laughing about it. It is a place where you learn to relax in a judgement-free zone, trust therapists to do their work, and be fearless when feeling pain, if any, in the healing process. Doctor Corrine and her staff clearly have what it takes to help people move better through their daily lives---and the "stim" treatment is great! :-) If you need physical therapy, I recommend that you go to Perfect Formation!

1-Star Review: Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience at "Perfect Reformation" Physical Therapy I had a very poor experience at "Perfect Reformation" physical therapy and would not recommend this clinic to anyone. From the very beginning, the lack of organization and communication was unacceptable. For my initial evaluation, I arrived early to fill out paperwork as requested, but then had to wait almost 45 minutes before being seen. This is a clear indication of poor time management on their part. The real issue, however, arose during my treatment sessions. I specifically made an appointment to see Dr. Corrine, but she had a student provide the entire treatment without any supervision. I was not informed of this beforehand, which is a major breach of trust and transparency. As a patient, I have a right to know who will be providing my care and to consent to any students or assistants involved. The doctor claiming she discussed the plan with the student is simply not good enough. Beyond that, the clinic itself was very loud, making it difficult to relax during the treatment. I also observed the staff discussing other patients' issues openly, which is a clear violation of patient confidentiality. When I followed up to request my treatment plan, the doctor ignored my request entirely. This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service is unacceptable. The final straw was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, including the students who did not even greet me. It felt like they were more concerned with making money than providing quality care. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I expected a professional, patient-centered clinic, but "Perfect Reformation" physical therapy fell far short of that mark. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality physical therapy care.

PERfect FORmation is hands down the best physical therapy office in the Hillsborough area. Dr. Corinne and her staff always prioritize the needs of every patient and never dismiss any concerns that they may have. The environment is relaxed and inviting, encouraging individuals to work towards achieving their physical goals with constant guidance from trained professionals. PERfect FORMation also differs from other offices because treatment includes manual work alongside an exercise plan that is customized for each patient depending on their needs. Dr. Corinne is extremely knowledgable and is constantly coming up with new innovative ways to help patients return to a pain free lifestyle. Dr. Corinne is also very accommodating and always has availability to see patients when they need her the most. Most importantly, the staff prioritizes every individual, meaning that every concern and question is heard and acknowledged. Therefore, if you need physical therapy for any sort of injury PERfect FORMation is the way to go.

Simply the best! I am a musician and came in with hand numbness which is scary because that’s my livelihood. They have helped so much. High quality care and they don’t just throw you on a treadmill and hope for the best. Ever session contains hands on deep tissue massage that actually works. They will also address other pain than what you came in for if needed. I can say my posture is better and I feel better! I used to see a specialist in NYC who specialized in musicians and I can say that Perfect Formation is every bit as good and it’s in NJ!!
