The War Room

I’ve been a member of the War Room since it had first opened back in 2021. Not only is the gym clean, and outfitted with the best state of the art equipment, Ray has created a truly amazing training environment. From the people, to the culture, the atmosphere in this is the absolute best. To put this into perspective, I moved an hour away, and still maintain an active membership for whenever I am in the area. I highly recommend the War Room, and I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Experience it yourself!

Owned by a Powerlifter with over a decade of competition experience, "The War Room" is equipped to meet the needs of both competitive Powerlifters and those who simply know the importance of the barbell lifts. With a modern aesthetic, providing the best equipment the market has to offer, this facility is an asset in the strength training community.

While visiting family in town, I stopped by this gym, and it was an incredible experience! Ray was super responsive and helpful when I inquired about a day pass, making the whole process seamless. The gym itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for powerlifters, with plenty of combo racks and kilo plates to go around. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out the War Room.

The War Room is a fantastic facility and I am happy to have been a member since 2022. Whether you are a powerlifter or into general fitness, this gym has a vast selection of equipment available for your needs. For the powerlifter, the gym has 8 combo racks, 4 deadlift platforms, 2 monster racks with spots to squat or bench, plenty of power bars, squat bars, deadlift bars, and other speciality bars, and both calibrated kilo and pound plates. General fitness enthusiasts will find a great selection of plate loaded machines, as well as some pin loaded, with lots of attachments available to use, and a great free weight section with plenty of dumbbells. It also features a large turf area and a few pieces of cardio equipment. The facility also has restrooms, a shower, and a sauna which is available for use during staffed hours. Another benefit is that the gym is open 24/7 for members, and is extremely welcoming of guests when they make an appointment. If you are looking for a clean gym with equipment that is maintained well & updated regularly, and a community that is welcoming & supportive, this is your place.
