Donato and Mike have helped me so much to get ready in the off season for my college lacrosse season. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to help all the athletes reach their goals. They make the training both fun and intense and I look forward to training with them every time. They push me to get better and I highly recommend going to the District!

The District is an AWESOME gym! I was in town for work for a month and wanted somewhere to work out other than a hotel gym. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my complicated schedule, ensuring I got gym time when I wasn’t working. The atmosphere in this gym is unlike any I’ve been to. The coaches are incredibly positive, and the overall vibe is very motivating. They work with athletes of all ages, and it's clear how much they care about their community. The variety and quality of equipment are also notable, and the gym is kept exceptionally clean. Overall, if you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. Thanks to everyone at The District—you all rock!

DISTRICT Training is where it’s AT! Head strength and conditioning coach Donato Casolaro has an expertise in human anatomy and biomechanics. He does a phenomenal job understanding his athletes and knowing how to train his athletes properly through their sport. The issue that many coaches is that they do generic work outs such as benches squats and deadlifts like a power lifter or body builder, not Donato. Donato knows how to be creative and mimic movements to generate strength, speed, power, and explosiveness in the specific moments at district training to apply it directly on the field for his athletes. More importantly, this coach understands how to connect with his athletes. He understands the emotional state that some athletes go through. Personally, this coach has helped me overcome obstacles emotionally and mentally to be able to reach my maximal potential physically on the field. Donato was able to unlock the mental and emotionally barrier after reconstruction surgery of my knee and was able to regain the love, passion, fire, and confidence within myself. Donato, thank you.

Awesome gym! All the coaches are super knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. The equipment is top notch and the space is very functional. I don’t think I can ever go back to a public gym after this 😅

Love the work that Donato, Mike and the team at the District are doing. Not only have the helped both of my sons achieve fitness goals but they are also teachers of hard work and life role models.
