I’ve been going to EVO going on 4 years now and I have never once thought of switching gyms. This team goes the extra mile in everything and makes It so comfortable going in especially for first time gym goers. They don’t only get you in the door but they make it a place you want to stay. Matt, TJ, Leah, Jamie, and the rest of the coaches at EVO have been a constant support through my time at the gym. The workout plan created is well thought out and purposeful to see progression through your time. Can’t recommend EVO enough for getting started at the gym and being consistent.

They create personalized plans truly tailored to your needs and goals and adjust them as you improve and even when you have set backs. This experience has been so positive, I feel more confident, stronger, overall well. My aches and pains are gone. It’s not just a gym, it’s a wellness environment. Very thoughtful program, knowledgeable and caring staff that truly want to see you succeed, next level fitness where you feel like you are take care of each step of the way.
