One of the cleaner locations in the Somerset county area. They have dumbbells up to 45 lbs, the showers actually get hot water, and I see staff cleaning. Smells and looks clean for the most part except male locker rooms could use some attention; not sure about female’s. Parking situation is decent.

It has a certain price point understandably. With that being mentioned because the price being so low they have not cleaned this placed in a long time. There are little piles of rubber in the free weight cradles, totally ignored. It would take minimal time to correct these issues........ vacuum, wipe, repeat

Disappointed with the Service and Lack of Transparency I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the branch. I explicitly asked the staff about canceling my membership before the annual renewal, and they assured me that I could cancel without being charged the annual fees. Later, I was surprised to see the amount deducted from my account. When I returned to the branch to inquire, another staff member claimed that “no amount should be deducted.” I then opened my bank app to show the pending charge, only for them to tell me that I was supposed to cancel before the 25th, as per the terms I had apparently signed. This was an unprofessional and unclear response. The issue could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided from the start. Now, I am forced to pay the annual fees and continue with the membership even though I wanted to cancel before the renewal. I strongly urge the management to improve customer service and clearly communicate policies to prevent such issues in the future.

This is my most favorite of the 4/5 locations I usually go to. Easily the cleanest one of the bunch and it's never too crowded. Sioer nice staff too, and clean machines!! They even have a weekly riddle lol. Jts a fun personal touch! Would totally recommend.
