Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts (Marlton, NJ)

I joined TSMA Marlton a year ago with hesitation, worried that I might aggravate pre-existing injuries. But after a year of consistent training, I’m not only injury-free but also in the best shape I’ve been in for over a decade. More than that, I’ve gained a new mindset, which has positively impacted many areas of my life. Training at TSMA is about much more than just fighting or fitness – it’s a holistic approach to growth. Senpai Marc, for example, isn’t just my instructor; he’s a mentor who cares about his students and helps them develop both physically and mentally. What’s perhaps even more rewarding is that my kids have also joined TSMA and love their classes. The instructors are incredible with children, combining discipline, encouragement, and fun in a way that keeps them excited to learn. Martial arts has become a shared passion for our family, and we inspire and motivate each other. TSMA Marlton isn’t just offering classes – they are building a supportive, motivated community. It has become a place where my family and I feel connected and supported. We’re learning, improving, and having fun together, thanks to the great instructors and welcoming atmosphere.

We love TS Marlton! The instructors here are amazing! Joshu Jesse and one of the other instructors’ Collin, are phenomenal. They are so patient and have this beautiful way of teaching the kiddos in a fun manner while treating each child with dignity and respect!

My two boys love this place. They got many class others place, but this place is their favorite. They can’t wait for the day they have class, and eager to join classes no matter what how tired, sleepy they are. One time, they play with their gears, and lost it somewhere in the house. They hesitated to looking for it. I have to help them look around the house, but no luck. Have to try to buy another gear, but was refused to sale from sensei Joshu. He took 20 minutes of his time to talk to my kids about the responsibility of keeping their personal stuff. So cool! 😎 He made my kid thinking seriously about what they did. And after that talk, they went home and tried their best to looking for those gears.They found them! This made me feel there is something money can’t solve the problem. They teach not only martial arts, but more than that. This place is very friendly, every person here is so passionate. Sometimes, it is not about how much you made, but about how much you love what are you doing. That what they made me feel!
