I’ve had many experiences in the past with ‘trainers’ but none as efficient, knowledgeable and caring as Fonz. He knows exactly how to guide your fitness routine to get the results you’re looking for. In addition, he teaches you proper form and makes adjustments along the way to ensure you stay injury free. There’s not enough good things I can say about Fonz and I’m very happy to have the opportunity to learn from him. The gym itself is also well cared for, has great equipment and is very accepting and inviting to everyone. Congrats to Fonz for building a great place for the community.

Best workout I ever had. Fonzy (owner) was so informative and patient with me. He really assisted me with correcting my lifting form and showed me a few alternative exercises to add some variety and shock my system. The atmosphere is that of a real gym, not one of these fitness social clubs where people spend more time on their phone than they do lifting. Sore as hell, but I really felt the pump...can't wait to go back.

The owners are extremely kind and generous. Alfonso is always willing to give tips and advice as opposed to a corporate gym where you have to spend money to get a word out of anyone. Furthermore, the gym is EXTREMELY clean and the upkeep is constant. If you like the powerlifting/ strongman exercises then this gym is for YOU! On the walls you'll find deadlift bars and pictures of some of the greatest lifters that ever lived including Edfie Hall and Savickas AKA 'Big Z'. There is also a chalk bowl for all to use!

Great gym! The owner is knowledgeable, the cliental is friendly, there is tons of equipment (literally), and the atmosphere makes you want to smash your goals, whatever they may be.

Outstanding gym, owner is very knowledgeable, and even though small. The gym has everything you need!
