I am a chiropractor in the area for almost 30 years and utilize exercise therapy as part of my recommended treatment plans. It is my experience that exercise programs for the spine and extremities are extremely valuable and an integral part of one's recovery. Bill brings years of experience and in-depth knowledge when it comes to training in a safe and effective manner. His ability to combine making improvements on his clients short term goals, while keeping their long term health in mind makes for an unmatched training experience. I find Bill to be very positive to work with and feel his customized workout plan has really helped me more than anyone else I've trained with.

I have been a regular client of Bill DeSimone's for 8 years. I can honestly say that my experience has been very positive - both in terms of the time spent and the results. Bill is friendly and approachable, but also extremely professional. Working with Bill has helped me maintain my weight, stay in shape for other activities and minimize injuries. Of the exercise programs I have tried, Optimal Exercise is definitely the most enjoyable and effective.

I have been working with Bill since my last surgery in 2005. After struggling for almost 17 years, with pain , discomfort and trying may other exercise programs, I got great results with Optimal Exercise program. Bill has planned my exercises carefully with an injury-free approach. As a lifetime athlete, I am keen to maintain my fitness, strength and energy and during the past several years that I have been working with Bill, I believe that I have done this. He has helped me maintain fitness and to recover from fractures of elbow and foot and half knee replacement surgery. I trust his judgement regarding the nature of my program and the pace in which it is conducted; I have not been disappointed. I recommend his approach to joint exercise.
