Rightway Pilates

I began Pilates with Natallia over 6 years ago. I knew at the time that I would face many medical challenges over the coming years. She was aware of them but we never discussed them because this place is about Pilates. I just did the work. It was the physical and mental endurance that mattered. This is serious Pilates. She watches from the moment you walk in the door: your posture, walk, strengths and weekness, then tailors your excercises and level of difficulty to what you need. This is Classical Pilates. it is challenging but also very satisfying. especially when you hear the word "good". You really have to work for that. Whether your goal is conditioning, improving your appearance, help with an injury or supplementing your dance. Natallia's studio is where you begin to find a passion for Pilates. Thank you Natallia

Rightway Pilates has been a game changer for me. Natallia is the most knowledgeable Pilates instructed I have come across. She has studied classical pilates for years and continues to take courses! She knows what she's doing and does a great job at it. What I love most is Natallia's attention to proper form; as pilates is all about proper form. You can do pilates for hours, but will not reap the benefits if your form is off. Natallia routinely checks to make sure my entire back is flat against the reformer, my shoulders aren't pushing up, my abs are pulled in, I'm elongating my waist, and my feet are pointed in the correct direction. My posture has greatly improved since I have been going to Natallia, among the many transformations I have seen in my body. When I begin to slouch I hear Natallia's voice reminding me to "grow taller." Natallia and Rightway Pilates are worth every penny! I'm so grateful for finding this gem near my home!
