Bolt and all of their staff have immensely improved my sports performance, mindset, and understanding of my own body. They have gotten me faster and stronger and I can see the results. Coming in is a joy since all the coaches are so polite, helpful, and supportive. The workouts will have you tired, and sore the next day, but it’s all for a good cause. I love working with Bolt!

Andres and the team at Bolt are amazing! He pays attention to every little detail. Countless times he has made suggestions that seem like minuscule adjustments to body position or form and it changes from a stretch to a workout. I can’t recommend Andres enough as a personal trainer. Kind, funny, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly believe I saw big changes in my ability faster at Bolt vs. exercising alone because of the coaches and their investment in my journey. The group classes are always fun! My best days start with a morning workout at Bolt. After having children 4 years ago I took a step back from exercising. My body was weak and I noticed myself struggling to get through the days. By chance I popped in to see what Bolt was all about and I’m so glad I did. Now, my daughter says she wants to be “strong like mommy”! Feels good to take care of myself and instill heathy habits by example for my kids.

My BOLT Experience At 59 I felt like I was going on 70. I wasn’t in horrible shape but had never regularly exercised, and was starting to find things like multiple flights of stairs leaving me winded. My wife had been going to BOLT and encouraged me to try it. I was reluctant, never pictured myself at a gym, and was maybe a little scared that I’d find how bad of shape I was in. I finally did and boy am I glad. The coaches are great. They worked with me to see where I was at and have crafted workouts that have grown with me as I have gotten into better shape over time. When I first started I could barely make 200m on the rower no matter how much time you gave me. After a year at BOLT I can do 1000m in 5 minutes just as the warm up to an hour workout. Now I am 60 and feel like I’m going on 50. The team at BOLT have been with me all along the journey, and I am so much better for it.

Overall, a great place for athletes looking to gain muscle along with excellent movement planning to help you be more explosive in your sport. I really liked the group setting and how it would create a more engaging workout. The trainers are also great and assist you on anything you’re having problems with. BOLT really helped me Get into amazing shape before season along with moving faster than I have ever before.

BOLT is hands-down the best gym I’ve ever joined. They’ve created a real community so that you always feel supported and encouraged by other members as well as the coaches. The training is individualized and designed to meet you where you’re at and then build in a challenging but safe way to meet your goals. And the classes change up all the time and move you through circuits so it’s never boring, which was previously my biggest issue with strength training. I actually enjoy going, and I’m healthier and stronger and looking forward to continuing this upward trend. Thanks!!!
