Very clean gym. The trainers are all professional and enthusiastic. If you're in the South New Jersey area, and you're trying to get in better shape, Fitstop is for you. They are open 7 days per week with a bunch of classes you can book. Cardio, strength training, and bodybuilding - you get a mix all of three during every workout. This is a solid group fitness experience. Each class goes by quickly also. Highly recommended.
