I just joined for 3 months. If you're looking for a fancy gym with colorful cardio equipment and hot women wearing skimpy workout outfits then this is not the gym for you. This gym has everything I need. They have tons of free weights, squat racks, bench presses, and everything else necessary for a great workout with no distractions. I can be in and out in 45 minutes and do everything I need to do. This is a great no-nonsense gym for people who want to sculpt their body, build strength and focus on what you're there to do.

This gym has a great deal , 45 for 3 months , or you can pay 20 a month, it's clean. Mostly men that been there for a while, I didn't see any newbies, they provide a punching bag and lot of weights, it's not that big, and no showers, one bathroom only.

Black owned business been member for about ten years. Good atmosphere, and good place to work out. Excuses don't burn calories!
