Satisfied Member. Comfortable atmosphere. Comfortable temperature inside gym. Great selection on workout equipment. Bathroom 🚻 was clean. Guy behind desk who helped us was nice. NO COMPLAINTS. Recommend Burlington Planet Fitness 👌

If I could give this place no stars I would . I signed up thinking I was going to have access to classes from what the website promotes with the Black card membership. They stated the person went back to school . This been since the summer . When I try to use the massage chair it smells so bad I wouldn’t dare put my body on that .The air is horrible very muggy and sticky in there . This gym has nothing to offer . I would rather go back to Edge .

Filthy! Tanning room AND booth was filthy. Tanning booth had missing cover for the ventilation poles with sharp metal edges where you are supposed to put your hands. I had to spray the booth's floor and wipe it down before getting in. The room's wall had something smeard on it . The floor throughout the spa is dirty and has dried spilled coffee on it and I followed the dry coffee drips all the way to the dirty locker room. Locker room dirty and missing alot of doors. Somebody needs to clean the place!

Terrible my payment wasn’t due until tomorrow and they still told me I couldn’t work out to be honest. I think she was discriminated against me, but it’s cool. I will just go to the next location which is the better location. I’ve had a black card for the last five years no issues until today to be honest that was the whole purpose of me getting the black card so I can go to different locations. Burlington location a no go !! 🖕👎🏼👎🏼
