As a mom it's always hard to find time for yourself and get excited about working out! As soon as I walked into Pratt Personal Training I knew this was the place for me! The energy in the gym was magnetic! I thrive off good energy in a gym! The trainers are friendly and help you navigate your way to a great workout! This style of training is great because it forces you to be competitive with yourself! I can do another set or burn more calories in the time they are giving me. It's a very motivating style of training. They are not with you one on one so you don't feel pressure. You can work at a pace that's right for you! This is definitely a gym I would recommend to my friends in fact after the first workout I told a few people to try it!

I joined Pratt Personal Training 7 months postpartum, and in the past 5 months, I’ve lost 30 pounds, shed all my baby weight, and become significantly stronger. What I love most is the personalized program tailored just for me, without the pressure or awkwardness of traditional one-on-one training. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and know exactly how to challenge you in a way that’s both motivating and sustainable. Pratt Personal Training is the only place where I’ve been able to stick to my fitness goals long-term, and the supportive community makes all the difference. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for consistency and results. 10/10!

I have been coming to Pratt Personal Training for a little while now. Absolutely love the team members and atmosphere. The difference between Pratt and any other gym is the accountability when you're not feeling motivated, the efficiency to get a good workout in a short amount of time, and the effectiveness of tailored workouts specifically for you and your goals. I highly recommend giving Pratt a shot because they won't let you down!

I love coming and working out at Pratt. The trainers are the best, tough, caring and want to keep challenging you to one's potential. I feel strong and toned and am able to move much better and faster in spite of torn meniscus, and rotator cuff injuries. All along loosing weight, which was the first reason I joined. I have met wonderful people and made friends. Great gym and love the way they keep moving pebbles for a better me.

Pratt is absolutely amazing. I have never been more motivated to go to the gym and work out. All of the trainers are great and they are more than happy to come over and assist if you are having any trouble. Even the trainers that you don't have that day step in and correct you if you don't have the right form. I love the atmosphere here because it is very welcoming and I would definitely recommend anyone to join here.
