Club Pilates

I've been practicing Pilates for the past six months at Club Pilates in Bridgewater and have had a great experience. The staff and instructors are welcoming, and the location is very convenient. I frequently attend classes with Chris L. and Julia-Louise, and I appreciate their patient, accessible teaching styles that make Pilates enjoyable for everyone - they work to help patrons of all levels. Highly recommended!

The Best place one can choose. The instructor Julia is my all time Best! I always look out for her classes! She’s friendly and helps out. Her classes are full always. You need a good workout always with different moves and making every class look for something new then I bet you it should be with Julia!

Christine is my favorite instructor in flow 1 and flow 1.5. She is extremely friendly and great at guiding the class. Her class is not too hard but challenging enough where I walk away with a great full body workout and feeling accomplished.

i had the best first class, Christine was very helpful and told me at the end of the class that I did amazing and I was so happy with her positive attitude and bubbly personality!

Its always a pleasure and challenge when working out with Adrienne. Come prepared to advance your goals. No time to sit and watch but be present. Workshop 2.5 was a good look =) Thank you for being such an amazing motivator.
