Stretchsource is a great place to rejuvenate your health and feel more flexible. Eileen is experienced and professional. She is very attentive to my needs, she tells me what she will be doing and checks often to make sure I’m comfortable while still stretching just the right amount. I definitely feel the difference after my appointment, not only am I more flexible but more relaxed also.

I did the infrared sauna which helped to relax my muscles and sleep better. Mara also did stretching for my disabled son for which I am truly grateful.

What an amazing place! So serene and awesome staff! I heard about the cold plunge and infrared sauna and came from CT on my day off to try it. I was not disappointed! The staff talked me through the best way to experience it. There was even bluetooth to listen to a podcast on my phone in the sauna and really soft towels. By the end of my session I was able to go into the plunge into the cold pool to my shoulders and even dipped my face in. It was my own little oasis. After this amazing experience, I had a Stretch IQ session to determine my bodies current state and benefited from their well thought through stretch techniques. I came in unaligned because of muscle tension; I left realigned with the knowledge of how to keep working on my body and with the desire to keep coming back! I have gone to other stretch places before and this far exceeded my expectations! Thank you StretchSource!

I have been stretching with Stretch Source for more than 2 years. I have more flexibility than I had over 10 years ago. I am 70 (plus a little.) I have had 2 hip replacements in the last 2 years. My stretch sessions enabled me to heal and regain mobility at a much faster rate than the average recuperating person. My stretch coach was very knowledgeable about my limits and capabilities and helped me to progress at an amazing rate.
