Aces Boxing Club

This place is horrible. Awful customer service. All I wanted was to purchase either a one month trial or some individual sessions for my nephew as a Christmas gift. First, I sent a message via their website. No response. Then I tried calling and left a message on their voicemail. No response. Finally, I texted the phone number that was mentioned on the voicemail message, and finally got a response. It is now Monday, December 16. The person tells me they are closed for emergency repairs and if I call on the following Monday, they will help me purchase a gift certificate. I confirm that's the 23rd. So on Monday the 23rd, I text again and ask what number I should call to purchase the gift certificate. I get this long text trying to persuade me to purchase a 6-month membership. I decline saying I just need something as a trial for like a month or a few individual sessions and if he likes it then my sister will consider getting a membership. No response. I can see they read the text. And here it is, 2 days before Christmas and I need to scramble to find a gift for my nephew. Absolutely horrible experience. If this is how they are when someone is just trying to give them some business, I can't imagine how they are if you are trying to cancel or there is some issue that doesn't benefit them. Stay away from this place.

I’m a self taught boxer of 2 years and I was looking for a gym so I could develop my skills and take myself to the next level. I got very lucky choosing this gym because on top of the family atmosphere, Coach Joe has taught me techniques that have instantly given me results in the ring and in life. He has helped me push myself and has trusted me enough to represent this gym in combat in only a couple months. I can’t recommend this place enough and if you find yourself wanting to be a boxer, this is the place to be!!! Change your life, go for it!!

Aces is an amazing boxing club whether you are looking to train for competition or just want to keep in shape. Joe Zabry is hands down a wonderful coach and mentor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! I highly recommend it!

Been going to Aces for a little over a year now and I can confidently say it’s the best gym around. If you are looking to compete or just go there to learn how to box, Coach Joe and everyone there welcomes you in like you are apart of the family. Joining Aces was one of the best decisions I made in my life.

The experience I’ve had thus far has been AMAZING. Coach Joe truly cares about every individual person that walks in and out of that gym. I truly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to ACHIEVE GOALS. Come be a part of the team, you won’t regret it!
