I recommend this dojo to everyone. Especially those looking for a challenge. Sensei Heimlich does a fantastic job bringing his expertise and knowledge for everyone to learn. My 8-year-old looks forward to class every night.

My daughters have been coming to Chuck Heimlich's Little Ninjas karate xlass for a few months. They are thoroughly enjoying their class. They meet twice a week for a half hour each, learning skills such as focus, listening, balance and respect. My husband and I both believe every child should have the opportunity to experience karate to reap all the benefits that it will provide for them physically, mentally and socially. Update: 12/2/22 I signed up for a self defense class and after a couple weeks, 1×week, I can say I've already learned quite a few techniques that I feel would be very effective for a woman or man to use against a threatening person.
