Tong Dragon is more than a martial arts school, its a family. Mr. Colon and all of the staff are highly motivated and dedicated to building a team and family atmosphere for the students and their family. I trust them to instruct and support my children for the last 8 years and I am so happy to be a part of the Tong Dragon family. Amazing place, my two girls attend kids MMA here and they absolutely adore it! In just two months I have seen a huge change in their physical appearance and their attitudes. They look forward to going and work hard. Thank you for creating this space for the kids classes, it means alot to them!

My 3 children and husband attend Tong Dragon classes. The kids have progressed from the little dragon classes to the advanced classes and now bjj. The training has provided discipline, confidence and the martial arts skills necessary to defend themselves if necessary. Not to mention an awesome physical workout you can't beat! Mr. Colon and his staff are fantastic instructors with the necessary patience to teach children and adults alike. I highly recommend Tong Dragon!

Tong Dragon Mixed Martial Arts has been a part of our family for many years now...My son Michael has trained since a very young age and achieved his Black Belt. I too have trained and enjoy being a part of such an excellent school with great instructors. Mr Eric Colon is a great instructor that is very clear in his teaching along with all his instructors who are respectful to students of all ages and levels of skill. I would recommend Tong Dragon to anyone who may be interested in giving MMA a try.
