I signed up for 30 day free trial with new owners of "Oxegyn Fitness" Formerly Wold Gym. I travel a lot for work so I didnt get to use it much. I called them from the road to say I was in Chicago, and would be back 1 day after the free trial expired.. and asked if they would please make note that I would come in and sign cancellation when i got back. They said NO, I had to come in in person to sign cancel paperwork. They said they would not fax or email paper work to me and they basically told me I was screwed unless I booked an early flight to come home and cancel in person. Otherwise, the 30 day free trial that I signed up for gives them the right to charge my credit card for an additional 90 days!!! They said if I canceled credit card they would send credit collectors after me. They roped me in an charged my credit card for an additional 90 days. Just real scum-bag ownership. I am still roped in and cant wait until I dont have to do business with these ppl.
