I didn't think I would ever join an Orange Theory gym, but now I'm three classes in and I must say that I am actually enjoying it. The instructors have been great and the routines are challenging. If I had a gripe about Orange Theory, it would be that it's expensive. It's not overpriced though; you get a lot for your money.

Coach Boo is outstanding! His energy is the reason why we continue to go to this studio. He cares that we are working out properly and takes the time to instruct us. He is a great motivator!

Highly recommend!! OTF Bedminster is the best thing that has happened to me. Coach Nancy is my absolute favourite. All coaches are great. Super facility and so convenient. I can workout at my pace and still feel the difference. It has been very motivating and I get to workout with my friends as well. Love it here!! Come for a trial class and you will never wanna leave!!

OTF is the gym to join. The work out constantly changes. Not just the tread/rower/weights rotation - but the exercises themselves. And the trainers are key to the workout. They guide you through each challenge and exercise. And actually show you how to properly perform the exercises. Classes are small too. And I have to specifically mention one coach - Amy! She is the best - she's always cheering and motivating. Love, love, love her classes!

It all starts with the coaches!! They are great motivators and gets you sweating in no time! I love variations of workouts which makes it even more challenging and fun! Also I have to give a big thank you to those always smiling and ready for helping friendly faces that greet us! Makes your day a little bit better! Thank you OT Bedminster Team!
