They have the worst customer service ever. Was told my wife needed to renew her guest pass. Was initially told it would take a couple of minutes. When we went to renew, we did our part but unfortunately they only had one service member (George) who could complete the process. He was busy at the moment and we were told he would be done in about 5 minutes. It actually took him about 20 minutes. When he got done, the front desk was packed so I went back to where he was at his desk talking to a co-worker and asked for his help to complete the process for renewing my wife’s guest pass. He told me that they would come get him when they needed him. They had already told him that they needed his help and my wife and I weren’t going to wait around another 10 to 15 minutes so someone at the front desk could go to George to ask for his help. Especially since the group my desk was busy. Having only one person to have access to the system when there are more than 10 employees working is ridiculous. If it was not for the fact that we like our trainers, I would highly be considering going to a different gym.

Love the gym! Melia and the front desk people always have a smile on their face and make me feel welcome. The fitness manager, I think his name was Steve ? Was super helpful and knowledgeable during my welcome workout

This gym has gotten a lot better lately. The locker rooms are getting more attention, and the gym is cleaner. The staff is always welcoming

This gym makes me a better man. The way in which the dumbbells and thrust me into action and the staff is always there to support me in my journey. Especially one. Bethany, the receptionist, I dream of her, maybe one day, huh? Anyhow great gym would hit again 😉

Been a member for a year here. Love the staff and the gym. Sadly cancelled my membership today. The third party company used for billing is absolutely terrible as well as outsourced. Their lack of integrity and horrible customer support was the primary reason for me canceling today.
