Chris is awesome! His instruction was clear and his vibe was calming. All the things I look for in an instructor. He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. It was really helpful! Fresca was working the front desk when I arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is super clean and I LOVED the floor in the yoga room. It felt non-slip and had a nice cushion to it. The lavender towel at the end was a really nice touch. I’ll be back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Y6 Slow Flow class at Yoga Six Studio, with Shawn, at Mountain’s Edge studio. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the studio immediately put me at ease. One thing that stood out to me was how clean and organized the studio was. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization. This added to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated the fact that the temperature of the room was just right. It wasn't too hot, which allowed me to fully focus on my practice without feeling uncomfortable. This attention to detail made a noticeable difference in my enjoyment of the class. What really impressed me was the genuine interest shown by the front desk person. They didn't treat me like just another client, but rather, they took the time to get to know me. This personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated as a member of the Yoga Six community. Overall, I highly recommend Yoga Six Studio. The welcoming front desk, warm environment, cleanliness, and personalized approach create a truly enjoyable and fulfilling yoga experience.

My new favorite yoga studio! Recently returned to hot yoga and found Yoga Six location and platform for scheduling to be excellent so decided to give them a try. I attend the Centennial location and it’s such a beautiful space. Well maintained, the studio is lovely, and the teachers have all been kind and friendly. The community has been welcoming and supportive, too.

Great clean, organized studio. Decided to drop in as I’m visiting from out of town. Friendly all around. Chris was wonderful- many thanks for the help with dancers pose- I’m getting there! Good hot class. Full attendance!

I love this studio! The owner is so kind and the instructors are great. Batya is my favorite 10/10. Some classes are fuller then others but it really depends on the date/time/instructor. I’ve brought friends along and continue to return. You can have a workout or a relaxing yoga experience, they cater to everyone.
