Give it a try! I was looking for something new to get me out of my postpartum funk. So Far, so great. There isn’t an overwhelming amount of traffic and other members (and staff) are kind and even motivating. You can keep to yourself by booking a room and reading a book or follow a whole workout routine. If you aren’t feeling a sauna situation you can always use the free weights or cable setup. I will say I wish they offered first responder and/or military discounts.

Hello! I just wanted to share that I had an awesome experience with joining HOTWORX recently! I was greeted warmly on the phone and given a lot of helpful information. I went in and met the owner and was given a welcoming, informative tour of the sparkling clean , safe ,studio . I was very impressed by all of the helpfu friendly l staff too. I'm loving the workouts!Thank you HOTWORX!! Thank you Stacy & staff!

Been going here for a while and love it. Super relaxing saunas, place is super clean, friendly staff. 24 hours is such a plus too. 💗

HOTWORX has helped me so much in the three months I've been working out here. I've lost 15 pounds which may not seem like much but I was at an eight-month plateau before HOTWORX!! I've lost inches all around. I sleep better, even my skin looks more radiant. Most importantly, my horrible plantar fasciitis pain is gone!!!! I was skeptical, but now, I am a believer. If you've never tried a Hotworx workout you are seriously missing out! Fast results and it's addicting! There are so many benefits to using an infrared sauna but then add a work out in or yoga and it multiplies the benefits!!! I absolutely love it. I would like to talk about this location in particular because the staff is amazing and the owners take cleanliness and safety to the NEXT LEVEL! Everyone who works there makes you feel SO WELCOME and they are so incredibly helpful! Do not be intimidated if you are just starting your health journey...this staff will welcome you & help you out tremendously. I was going to another "spa" place that had one of these units and they shut down. Luckily this location was nearby but the difference is incredible. First, the owners come from the medical and industrial cleaning industry and they are ALWAYS in there deep cleaning everything. Secondly they are always replacing the heaters in the units and they heat up super fast. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness they provide. Lastly, you can go 7 days a week, 24 hours a day which is so amazing! I can't recommend this type of workout and this location specifically ENOUGH! Thanks to the awesome team!
