YogaSix Henderson provides a polished and professional yoga experience, as evidenced by their impressive 4.9/5 rating from over 2,500 reviews. The Y6 Hot class, expertly led by Alicia Wagner, showcases her deep knowledge of yoga and skilled instruction style. Her clear cueing allows students to make self-adjustments throughout the flow, while maintaining an appropriate pace that balances challenge with accessibility. The signature sequence effectively combines traditional yoga postures with breathwork and core engagement, creating a comprehensive practice that leaves students feeling both energized and worked out. The studio's modern facility on St. Rose Parkway offers a clean, contemporary environment with thoughtful touches like blue accent walls and industrial ceiling details. While the practice rooms lack natural light, the professional lighting system and precise temperature control create a conducive environment for heated classes. The studio provides well-maintained amenities including loaner blocks, though it does not offer shower facilities. Located conveniently near Costco and other retail establishments like a smoke shop, the studio benefits from easy access and ample parking. The flexible pricing structure, incorporating both a credit system and ClassPass compatibility, makes it accessible for both regular practitioners and drop-in students. The practice room, while on the smaller side, is well-organized with appropriate temperature regulation. Overall, YogaSix Henderson stands out as a low cost choice for both beginners and experienced yogis seeking consistent, high-quality instruction in a professional setting. The studio particularly excels in heated practices and offers a variety of class types to accommodate different preferences and skill levels. While it may not offer the full-service amenities of larger fitness facilities, the focus on quality instruction, clean environment, and accessible class formats makes it a valuable addition to Henderson's weak wellness community. The only notable drawbacks are the lack of natural light, absence of shower facilities, and relatively compact studio space.

The staff is so friendly and I love being part of this community. Dragonfire is one of my favorite instructors here but they’re all wonderful! Always beautiful positive energy here! On days when I’m feeling blah or had a challenging day, my body and mind are transformed after a session ❤️

This morning, I took a slow flow yoga class, and it was exactly what I needed. Although yoga is always a challenge for me personally, this class was both accessible and stimulating. Alicia provided helpful modifications for poses where I needed extra support, as well as options to challenge myself where I wanted. Her soothing voice and thoughtful reflections made for a deeply relaxing shavasana. I’ll definitely be back!

I had been away for several months due to achilles repair and tendon transfer surgery, so I was a little anxious for my 1st class back. Christopher was absolutely amazing , and so helpful to show me some adjustments. Thanks for a wonderful class, see you again very soon!
