Club Fitness - Lemay

August, Tony, Ashley and Joe were so fun and informative. August gave me an incredible tour of an very clean work environment. Lots of perks, including smelling great in the whole club.

I signed up for a membership just yesterday. Upon signing up, all customer service and help navigating the sign up process at the kiosk completely disappeared after the staff confirmed they got me in as a member. I was left at the kiosk to figure things out while the guy helping me was pulled by another staff member so that both employees could help the next older gentleman coming in. Admittedly the kiosk was very easy to finish. However after I finishing the kiosk, I kinda hung out for a minute or two to see what are next steps. The lady then asked if there was anything else I needed. I was a bit confused since I didn’t get a tour or shown the app or anything yet. The original guy helping me told her my app wasn’t set up yet, and she very dismissively said I’ll get the email and can do it on my own. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Upon checking 1-2 two star reviews and seeing how recent they are, I ran over immediately to cancel. And not to my surprise, there wasn’t any staff member on shift when I came to do so- cancellations are done on the kiosk. Good luck to this gym!

Love this location! Clean and friendly staff! Only thing missing is a Hip Thrust machine!!!

Clean nice employees greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. The only thing I wish it had a bike rack outside.

I love this facility. The staff are always nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and well lit. The equipment is rarely out of use, it’s up to date, and in great condition. It’s well spaced out and you don’t feel cramped. It’s never too busy and can get in a good quick workout. It’s also a big parking lot so you’re never walking too far to get in.
