Simple, fully equipped old school gym! First time here and looking forward to more visits. Owners and users are friendly.

I have a lot of gym anxiety and JDs is the first place that hasn't bothered me. I credit that to the family atmosphere and excellent trainers. The regulars are very friendly and despite being able to bench a car in some cases aren't mean or intimidating. I love too that it's not uncommon for entire groups of people to start encouraging someone that's struggling!

Excellent gym! Small, welcoming and has all equipment you could need. Family owned and operated, great location 💪

Super nice facility, with great owners. I came through while traveling, found a very welcoming community with great equipment and owners who were passionate. The benches could be wider to better support the shoulders, but that's jut knitpicking, the place is great. I highly recommend this for anyone.
