This gym is a great space to lift if you are new to lifting or experienced. The atmosphere feels semi-professional and all the trainers are super nice and friendly and the gym has its own recovery system(sauna and ice bath).

Beautiful gym, however the best thing about this place is the ownership. Ty and Maria are hands on and anxious to help in any way they can. I can see why the won the Best of the Best for gyms in Rochester. Congratulations, you earned it.

Love this gym! Whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced gym goer they have all the equipment you need. I have to say I have felt the most comfortable here than at my home gym. Not to mention the owners are very down to earth people. A truly judgment free zone. ❤️

Great gym! Has a large variety of equipment which is well maintained and kept clean. Lockers and bathrooms were also very clean. Music was a bit loud but way better than what other gyms play

Easily the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. They have everything you could possibly need and have an incredible environment! Owners really went all out for their members
