ONE Athletics

Best gym in town by far. Coaches do an excellent job of pushing the kids to be their best, while also being supportive and encouraging. Great sense of community amongst the kids and the parents. Our daughter loves being at One Athletics and has grown tremendously in both skill and confidence level. Can't say enough good things about this place.

One Athletics is the best facility in Rochester , MN for gymnastics ! The coaches are really there to support and help grow the love of gymnastics . It is a safe facility, where girls can learn and develop life long skills ! We love our nights at ONE !

Our experience at One Athletics has been phenomenal. My 12 year old son LOVED his experience Kickboxing. He loved the full body workout and the way the instructor made things fun!

We recently switched to One athletics for gymnastics and other fitness classes for kids and are loving it so far. Kids love the coaches in their respective classes who are fun, experienced and pay close personal attention to every kid during the classes. Even though it’s a short duration, we can see that both kids are not only enjoying their respective classes but also learning and improving. Ease of scheduling and overall class offerings are great. So far a great experience.
