Love training at Team Link. I've been training there for about a year now and the progress I've made is amazing thanks to the awesome coaches there. Their attention to detail, ability to break things down for athletes of all levels, and their authenticity truly creates the ideal gym environment. Been a member of Team Link for over 4 years now and I don't regret a single day of it. Great atmosphere, attitudes, and personalities all around. The equipment is kept clean and up-to-date. The coaches are extremely kind, helpful, and encouraging. The exercise and training can be rigorous but everyone is free to train at their own pace and comfort zone; whether it be a hobby, just getting into shape, or training to be a fighter. Team Link is a phenomenal place to learn and practice Muay Thai.

My escape from reality! I have been doing physical hobbies and exercises my whole life and tried so many different things, But I always felt Like I could have fun while doing it, And now I finally am! I was incredibly scared Joining here at first, I had no fighting experience or any martial art knowledge. I was very out of shape due to some recent injuries as well. After almost 2 months of consistently showing up in training, I can honestly say this has been very life-changing so far and I cannot wait to see where I am over the next year!!! All the classes are very fun and interactive, and the instructors that are present throughout the class are very helpful and patient with Everyone. What makes it even better is everyone in the class is extremely friendly and just as patient and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and everyone that is involved in this family. I am beyond thankful for having found this place and encourage everyone to give it at least a small try - I promise it’ll be worth it!
