The only thing that makes this place decent is the other members. It doesn't get cleaned. If something needs a battery they just remove it and hide it. Multiple clocks and the scale. If something is broken or you have an issue, you're told that "I can send a text but she (owner) won't do anything about it, I've tried." Well. At least they tried

Cancellation policy is completely deranged. They completely manipulated me as a college student when I was looking for somewhere to go during winter break. I made that extremely clear and the owner said it was fine. Got a tour, told me about a membership they offer that can be canceled at anytime no charge. So i signed it. I ended up being charged for MONTHS when I didn’t even live in the same state. I had to provide documentation that I moved and even then they still didn’t cancel it. You cant talk to to anyone about it who works there and they refer you to a scam company called ABC Fitness. When you try to call them to cancel it’s VERY clear the entire thing is a con. Do not sign anything with this gym, unless you want hundreds of dollars taken out of your account every month.

If I would give zero I would. I never signed up for this gym, have never ever been inside and somehow they got my credit card and won't stop billing me. I plan filing a small claims suit, this is gone on for a while now.

Probably the best gym I've ever been a member with. All the equipment is either new or in amazing condition. The other members are extremely respectful and no one seems to get in each others way. Came in once and never thought about going back to my old gym. Also, special shout-out to Mark (the manager) - I had an issue with my account not properly displaying my full account details that he took care of quickly and courteously. I've been a member of a few gyms in the past and the staff here is top notch - 5 stars all the way around!

Never, ever sign up with this place. My son signed up for 2 months (doing an internship in the area) and when he left, verbally cancelled with the person saying he was all set. In the meantime we've just discovered he's been charged $49 each month (his fault for not checking his account) and when he called to get a refund and ask what happened, has gotten this third party billing who is now saying he owes them money and it takes 60 days to cancel!!! Manager hung up on him when he called to see what was going on and said to never call that number. Reporting them to BBB for deceptive practice. DO NOT GO HERE!!
