Tread is fantastic. I was a little nervous starting as I had never done spin before, but Lori and her amazing staff made me feel right at home and welcomed me! Great exercise, fun music and a positive atmosphere. Lori is a great fitness instructor and an amazing business woman.

The staff are included friendly and the classes are great! Whether you're new to spin, or have been doing it for a while, tread has a class for you. Highly recommended!
