Sam is AWESOME!!! Ten thumbs up! Had to transfer membership from out of state.. He was more than helpful. Great front desk guy Nathan as well!!! Extremely smooth transition. Machines are all updated my last club had the older machines. This is so great!!!!!! Very uplifting and encouraging group!!!! I’m glad I picked this location as home! 💯

1. Staff, staff, staff! I have had nothing but great experiences with the friendly and extremely helpful front desk staff. I recently transferred my home gym membership to the Reading location, and the staff was courteous, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. 2. Facilities and updated/top-of-the-line equipment! The facilities are sparkling clean and the cardio and 30-min. workout equipment is more current than the equipment at other gyms. 3. PARKING! I am so, so grateful to have convenient, free parking!!!

In 2023 the gym was good, clean, staff seemed in good progress (I think). Got new equipment... it was OK but some issues. 2024 just slowly going downhill. 2023 clean. 2024 just got dirty. Dust and hair started just got worse by the month. No joking. It's dirty. There still a picture drawn in the dust from months ago. Looks good when you walk in. I guess the manager doesn't care. She does walk around sometime during the week. Just going through the motions. Maybe I will try Saugus on Danvers. Both are clean and good.

WEB SITE FULL OF LIES. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GYM. For us newbies, training is so important to understand equipment and learn safe practices. The web site for the READING lication states they have classes and a training person on site. Visited on 1/3/25 and was told the web site was going to be changed as Mgt decided to no longer offer training. This is just Bad Judgement that puts new members health in danger.

They kicked me out of the place for wearing slides after I had been wearing them for months, and instead of telling me to come back with sneakers next time, they kicked me out of the place. And nowhere does it say that sneakers are mandatory, and I pay my own damn money every month for them to tell me that.
