Universal Power Yoga

I love being a UPY member! Every teacher I have met has been nothing short of kind and supportive. Every class I take has allowed me to challenge myself and connect with other yogi's! I could not recommend a better environment for someone new to yoga like I was!

UPY is a wonderful yoga studio. Everyone is so welcoming and I love each class I have taken. I highly recommend Mara Robinson’s class on Sundays. She is a talented yoga instructor - inspiring, knowledgeable, and full of love and sunshine.

UPY is the most incredible community. You will find the best yoga teachers who create and teach amazing classes, workshops, and teacher training. Every teacher has something incredible to bring to the mat. The 3 locations are so clean and welcoming. The memberships are affordable and well worth what you get for the cost. I started yoga teacher training in September 2023, TT11, and I could not be more pleased with the content, the teachers, the group of trainees, and everything about the experience. Highly recommend.

I'm a huge fan of Universal Power Yoga and have been practicing at the Norwood studio since Sept 2021 (and Westwood since it opened). There's a variety of classes from power and sculpt to beginners and restorative so there's something for every mood. The teachers are great, and the studios are comfortable. I've enjoyed a few workshops too (balances & inversions, sound bath, unwind). Prices are reasonable, especially with a membership. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking classes here for years and many things I love about UPY : the welcoming community, lots of excellent teachers & so many different class offerings. Also, I took the 300hr teacher training through UPY and would recommend it to any 200hr certified teachers who are looking to take their practice & knowledge to next level.
