The receptionist is always very attentive and welcoming. Always saying hi, welcome when walking in and always saying goodbye have a great day on the way out.. which makes things feel very comfortable. I wish there were more pelvic/glute machines as some of the other planet fitness has but overall I always have a good experience.

It’s great. Employees are good. It’s just one thing I asked, a wall watch is very important when people workout. Just glance at the wall and see your time, instead of digging down your pocket or bag. The watch now is broken or out of battery. So I wish it could be fixed. Thank you and have a great day.

I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but after today’s experience, I feel compelled. The manager working today has an issue, and for some reason, it seems to be with me. At sign up, we’re given the choice of whether or not to take a photo for the ID. I’ve never had one, and I’ve been a member for years. It’s always been made clear that it’s optional, and no one has ever given me a hard time about it—until this manager. Today, he called me immature in a passive-aggressive tone because I opted not to take a photo and instead offered my ID to verify my identity. Despite having my membership pass and being a regular, he made it an issue. No other staff or gym I’ve been to enforces this, but this man seems to have made it his mission to single me out. He doesn’t let you get a word in, and frankly, I’d rather avoid interacting with him altogether. I now make sure to have my ID ready, not because it’s required, but to avoid giving him any excuse to mess with my membership. His behavior feels more about control than policy. To top it off, he’s outright rude. I can only imagine the trouble he causes for others who look like me. It’s unacceptable.

Horrible experience with their RUDE MANAGER at the Lynn location. I have never experienced such rude person to a consumer. When I asked him to give me his manager or owner number he refused and he said to me that why would I want his information and I said because you are rude and he responded “do you want his personal number too” and was laughing. I cannot belive how rude he was.

The staffs are super nice and helpful. The place is super clean including the bathroom.
