This gym is fabulous!!! Always welcoming new members to the gym and very friendly no matter what your skill level is! The management and coaches are very accommodating and make you feel very comfortable in all classes as well as the gym area. This FitFam makes you truly feel like part of the family! I highly recommend!!!

The management and the people who work out here are phenomenal. Clean environment and great equipment. The classes they offer are spectacular, with great coaches and an expansive knowledge of health and exercise. They accept everyone of all fitness levels, and offer substitutions for exercises you may not quite be able to do.

The hot water has been broken for nearly a month and the wife's owner invests in cameras and is too busy dealing with nonmembers instead of fixing the showers. For someone that takes membership this seriously I'd expect them to hold there end of the bargain and make sure we're simply getting what we're paying for and that includes showers. She does not do day passes for anyone who wants to try it out and invest all her time on watching for nonmembers than taking maintaining the gym for the actual members. There's a sink that hardly works as well. The the cubbies are dirty and the sprays to clean the equipment are always broke and the wife's owner is allergic to children that even try to use the gym equipment for it's intended purpose. She changes her mode towards members and invests very little towards small carless mistakes. I have even reminded her to clean several absolutely atrocious areas in the gym and there is always a delayed response the broken shower hasn't been fixed in forever which is just a new low for her. If she can't even clean the gym then I'd find it very difficult to workout in a building full of dry sweat and horrible bathrooms the work flow of the gym is awful and even at the expense of a horrible attitude. The owners wife even has a possy of smart aleck yoga girls that have tried to kick out one of my children that was told they got a "daypass" and even had the nerve to try the same thing one my older son (a member). I'd give a zero if I could.

My wife and I tried the indoor golf simulator for our first time. The staff were very patient with us, while teaching us how to use the program. I definitely recommend this place. The staff were very friendly, laid back and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our son has been with different AAU teams, but this is by far the best. Excellent coaching, organized, well thought out program, great team spirit and worth every penny. Highly recommend!
