Altitude Trampoline Park - Holyoke

I recently visited Altitude Trampoline Park and had an absolute blast! This place is a haven for both kids and adults looking to let loose and have some high-flying fun. The park is well-maintained, with a wide variety of trampoline activities to choose from, including dodgeball, slam dunk zones, and freestyle jumping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and ensured that safety protocols were followed without dampening the fun. The equipment felt secure, and the entire facility was clean and well-organized. One of the highlights for me was the foam pit—it was exhilarating to launch myself into a sea of soft foam cubes. The obstacle course was also a hit, offering a challenge for those looking to test their agility. The only downside was that the place could get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but the energy of the crowd just added to the fun atmosphere. I never expected how great this place would be! I brought my 3-year-old niece here and it was more than appropriate for her age! It was clean and extremely safe! The staff were super friendly and attentive to any questions that I had. We will definitely be back with friends!

Our girls love going to Altitude Trampoline Park. We have had both daughters birthday party there last year, & we are having 1 of our daughters again this weekend. We go there all year round. It gets their energy out. The facility is nice. The staff is always very friendly.

Came in last minute for a small get together for my step son’s 6th birthday. First of all he had a blast; my husband even went and jumped around with the kids too!! AND my step son would not stop talking about how much fun he had playing on all the trampolines on the way home. Which obviously, parents for the win. Second, the staff is absolutely incredible, friendly, accommodating, and over all just fantastic people. The entire place is clean too. From the tables to the floors to the bathrooms. Associates were actively cleaning while we were there to maintain the location. Which is awesome! Along with just being so patient with everything. 10/10. Seriously. All I have to say is thank you so much for making it a fun day for my step son to have for his birthday, it was amazing. And my husband and I will definitely be coming back for more family fun!

If you are looking for a place let your kids run around inside where there are rules posted but no one seems to be enforcing anything, them this place will do just nicely. I didn't see any obvious sharp metal objects near the trampolines so that's good. But this place loses a star because the massage chairs will yell at you if you sit in them without paying. 4 stars.
