I took my first yoga class ever yesterday! What a great place to start. Kate is very encouraging and positive, takes any intimidation you might think you’ll feel when starting out. Very welcoming and comfortable looking forward to my next class on Saturday!

Took my first yoga class here & the environment, staff, and others in class were so welcoming! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend! Especially to newbies who want to get into it but are nervous to give it a shot!

I’m always looking for yoga classes close to home & I’m so happy I found The Inferno. This was my first experience with Hatha style yoga & I loved it! At first the heat was a lot but as I got deeper into the class & into the poses I felt more & more confident in my practice. Our instructor was clear & knowledgable about her cues & transitions into new poses. It was easy to follow. I’ll definitely be back next week!

I was a complete newbie to hot yoga and hot pilates. Kate is awesome and caters to beginners like myself and at the same time, keeps the more advanced people totally engaged. She is an amazing instructor!!! I highly recommend taking classes here.
