I go to this gym and it’s very convenient, the 24:7 room could definitely use some updating but overall it’s okay. One thing that’s beyond aggravating is the sauna is STILL not working. It’s been months. We pay maintence fees for a reason and the fact that the sauna hasn’t been fixed is ridiculous. Many of the members are considering going elsewhere and I wish I didn’t have to consider it either

Joined this gym and the first couple of months were but my experience turned sour quick. Other members were judgy and made you feel uncomfortable, gym has stupid hours (especially on weekends) and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. Tried canceling my gym membership about 7 months in and the process was so frustrating. Couldn’t request to cancel in person or give a letter at the front counter, but had to hand write a letter and mail it in. Then received an email where I went back and forth on personal reasons for ending my membership. Stay away from this gym.

I need a gym, this is convenient right next to my house..but these reviews regarding the cancellation policy are deterring me from getting a membership. A gym isn't a timeshare property, it should be simple and take away stress..I hope this isn't the case? I don't know where to ask a question about an organization please excuse that.

This has to be the clearest gym I have Eva been in. when I first visited pro fitness, I was skeptical just like any other gym but then I walked in there I saw how beautiful it was it’s big spacious they have amazing classes. I can’t read enough about the place honestly. It has a mixture of young and old people very respectful. If you’re looking for a gym a clean, amazing gym I suggest you check out pro fitness

The staff is horrible especially the owner Kim that is never there when I call. Then I got a hold of her once told her the situation that I moved and canceled a while ago. During covid. She didn't comprehen anything I said. Still hasn't got back to me. Got a letter from collection now fighting with them. Because of this gym no good stay away.
