I have been doing CrossFit for about 3 years and have visited a few different gyms over that time frame. I can confidently say this is one of (if not the best) experience I’ve had doing CrossFit. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the attention to detail in warm-ups, technique work, and the workout itself is amazing. The facility is very impressive as well. If you are looking to dropping in, start a new fitness routine, or looking for a CrossFit gym to call home, you need fo stop in and check this place out!!

CFS is a great choice for Crossfit gyms! Friendly atmosphere. Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. Athletes of all abilities are welcome. Convenient hours. Childcare is available during some of the workouts. They also have a teens program.

Have visited and attended other Crossfit gyms, but absolutely love synergistics. Coaches are professionals, knowledgeable and keep it safe for everyone. The community is so welcoming.
