RUN! I’m writing on behalf of my daughter.. she found this place that was scheduled to be open December 2024 and opening was delayed by 2mo+. Excited - she called around November 2024 about membership and was told the typical monthly etc.. etc.. she agreed with this VERBAL contract, paid, and then receipt and copy of contract was emailed. Monthly membership was almost $200 for a total of 8 classes.. and like all Pilates studios this one was booked 2 months out and the waitlist is LONG! Especially the after 5pm classes. Was only able to book one class for the month of February and was told that you have to use the 8 classes within that month.. this was not disclosed by he rep she spoke with over the phone.. She decided to cancel because of scheduling constraints and then was told that there’s a $100 cancellation fee.. so that one class cost us almost $300! They could at least have waived the cancellation fee but NOPE!! Run from this place! Run away fast!

For ppl thinking of getting the unlimited pack: You basically pay close to $200 to not get into a single class. Given the lack of thought into the design of the space, the classes fill up instantly because the one room available is so small. This month I paid $200 to take one class (insane!). There are technical issues on the app’s waitlist feature, where you can get bumped out of a class even if you made it “in.” I even had an employee call me to confirm my attendance in a class because I was booked and then I somehow got unbooked in the course of the same conversation. Save your money! And I didn’t even write about the disorganization with the delayed opening because that’s a whole other thing.

So far classes have been good. I wish the layout was more thought out, it gets overly congested when classes are flowing in and out, there’s a huge room off to the side that I’m hoping will eventually be incorporated into the waiting area so that there can be more room for people waiting. To get to the restroom you have to go through the Pilates room, which could be inconvenient/awkward instead of it being off of the lobby.

I had my first class at this location today. I had been a member at the Woodmore location, while waiting for this one to be completed. I had 74 classes under my belt already, but this was still a good class. I hadn’t taken a class for almost a month due to the timing of canceling my Woodmore membership and switching over to his one. I was exclusively taking 1.5 classes after my 10th class and was worried the level 1 wouldn’t be challenging enough, but it was just the right intro back into it! I Jessica was my teacher today and she definitely has some great energy! I had attended a barre class down the street before showing up for Pilates, so I really needed the energy she brought to the table 😂 I’m so glad it’s finally open! The studio feels bigger and the reformers are more spread out than they are in Woodmore, which is nice. Anyway, can’t wait to go back next week.

The studio is beautiful but it had a 3+ month delay to open. Staff seem to employ rules at random without much flexibility. The waiting area gets overly congested making it difficult for new class members and leaving class members to put away their stuff smoothly.
