When my daughter attended karate, she was like seven years old. They were very great with her show. Her techniques things that will bring her along. Her life has been a woman. They also are awesome great teachers very polite people great techniques and karate team is also well and professional and great. My daughter is doing a very great job with them. I will Reference people to them because they are awesome and everything they do with this karate place that we attend with them. I attended the women's self defense class today (and, it was FREE!!). David explained and demonstrated techniques for strategies to break holds and get away from attackers. Excellent instruction, clean, spacious studio and easy to understand explanations of basic body mechanics to use for personal protection. Every woman should know these basics!

Mr. David is great instructor. Instructors Mr. Charlie and Mr. Brian are great as well. The Sztajer Martial Arts team is very professional and kid friendly. My son focus in school has improved since he started Sztajer Martial Arts. My son loves Kenpo. Very Happy Mom

I've known David for a few years and always enjoyed training with him when the opportunity arose. So i was pretty excited when he opened up his own school within driving distance. He has a hunger for learning, and love of teaching American Kenpo, has excellent control when demonstrating a move or physical concept, and is an all around chill guy.
