Little Bird Pilates

I started taking classes when the studio first opened and I love Pilates and Little Bird! Sabina is a superb instructor. She is very in tune with what her students are doing and gives clear instructions so no one gets hurt. Every class is a unique experience and most of all FUN! Made some nice friends too!

Sabina is one of the sweetest humans I’ve met and to enjoy her teaching everyday is a blessing. Pilates and the precision of the classes are exactly what i needed to tone up. Highly recommend and have watched this grow since she started, it is my happy place

Sabina, the owner and the head instructor for the studio, is wonderful! Her class is always calming but also energizing; I feel so much better mentally and physically after the class. Her cueing is calm and precise but she is not afraid to encourage us from doing more and pushing to get better. Highly recommend!!!

I am SO glad I found Little Bird Pilates! I love the smaller classes, which allows Sabina (who is amazing) to check-in with everyone. I don't usually look forward to working out, but I look forward to coming here.

Little Bird Pilates is my happy nest! Sabina is the most greatest, sweetest pilates teacher I’ve ever met and she is a professional, friendly instructor who truly cares about her clients. She always looks to correct your form through class to avoid injury.  I’ve had a lot of trouble and pain in my shoulder and neck area. I was looking for a semi-private pilates class (especially where we are still in the middle of the pandemic). I came across Little Bird Pilates near where I live.The studio is very clean and bright with great equipment. Sabina keeps me in a great shape, with my posture better than ever and all my aches and pains have reduced so much!
