PRIMAL FIT LAB

If you like working out and feeling like a part of a family at the gym, then Primal Fit Lab is the place for you. It’s private and has awesome equipment, the staff there will get to know you and greet you with a smile every day you walk in. They literally will know you by name and greet you by name! You don’t have to worry about being bothered when you workout and there is a big sense of camaraderie. The membership dues are very inexpensive compared to the corporate gyms aside from planet fitness. If you like gains and encouragement as well as feeling welcome and a part of a gym fam, I’m telling you this place is worth it. I mean that sincerely!

I'm looking for a new gym and I just tried this one today. It has everything you need and feels more bodybuilding oriented than anything, which I was looking for. Super friendly staff. I'll be returning

Love this place. It has a small business, family type feel and I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in the door. Chris, Spencer, and the rest of the team are great at what they do and the pricing is WAY better than any of the box gyms around here. Highly recommend if you want to support small business!

I've gone to many gyms during my travels around the world. PFL has been one of my favorites. No bs, open when I'm free to go, great equipment that looks very well-kept, no pretentious pricing for amenities I'll never use, and never busy enough that I have to wait for equipment (even during peak hours). They have a lot of great equipment for flexibility and calisthenics training too that I haven't even seen at bigger gyms (or they're usually locked behind the coaches' lockers for personal training clients). If I ever come back to this side of Kansas City I will be coming back for sure!!

Great gym. Not fancy but everything you need for a good workout. Plenty of equipment - free weights, machines, TRX, other. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town. Thank you Chris & Spenser.
