Rarely do I consider a gym above the standard. However, this gym is not only one of the most equipped local gyms I've ever seen, it also houses just about any type of strength and rehabilitation program. You can be middle aged and just need strength, or an athlete who needs training and recovery, they do it all. I was super impressed. Lastly the staff is honest, excited to work and very cooperative

This gym feels like home! The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The gym itself is very clean and they have any piece of equipment you could ask for. This place is a hidden gem. I couldn't be happier with my membership!

I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms big and small. Kansas built fitness is by far my favorite gym I’ve been a member of! It feels more like a family atmosphere in this gym and from the owners to the staff they go out of there way to say hi every time I’m in there.. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for one.

Everyone at this gym treats you like family. Nathan is a top notch trainer with a high level of knowledge about the body and training. He has different workouts ready to go to work you at your individual level and he is always motivating and challenging you. Great place to work out!

I never dread going to the gym because when I walk in, it’s like coming into your own personal gym-only better!! There are professional personal trainers to push and challenge you at just the right level. I’ve worked with Kristi from injury rehab to being able to do strength training and Pilates and back again! All three are part of our regular workouts which are new and challenging every day! I highly recommend Kansas Built Fitness!
