Went in here the other day to have them help me change the passcode so I could unlock my phone's after switching services before having my phone unlocked. They were very helpful, and didn't give me any flack for taking my fold 2 apart on their counter while I was waiting for them to help me out. I did a full battery replacement on my phone right there in the store. Very helpful here and I would say they definitely do not deserve the low start rating they currently have based on my experience that day.
